Marvin Gaye Guide To Unique and Exceptional Business Growth.

I think a lot of businesses have complicated the  process of growing their business.

Fact of the matter is that it is not really that difficult.

Instead of focusing on the most basic factors that are  deemed to make  us  unique, somehow  we go overboard by complicating the process with all that we have learnt(theories!).

To stand out amidst your competitors, one of the things you need to make sure of is that you have a Unique Selling Proposition. (that you don’t have to complicate  either. In fact, the simpler it is , the better)

Your USP! What is it that make your business unique? Most business owners blow it here. They have no clue what is so unique that sets them apart. They are confused about what they are selling and who their buyers are.

Here is the deal. It is more about  your customers. It is more about what’s in it for your customers.

Trust me, all the customer care about is “what’s in it for me/them”

Once you get this crucial point, the sky is the limit for your business.

There are basically 3 unique  and exceptional ways to grow your business.

1.      Get new customers and retain them. ( there are many proven ways of doing this.)

2.      Know your buyer  persona. (This will help you to know how to sell to them over and over again. Amazon.com is fine example)

3.      Most importantly, be unique. I know this might take a lot of time and courage to achieve. Ever wonder what makes Fedex  unique?

What then has Marvin Gaye got to do with this.

Please take a minute or two to listen to Marvin Gaye music for inspiration. Click here to listen to the song

1.Did you notice that he is singing the same song that has been  done  many, many times and in different versions by sm many artists.
2 Do you notice that he  did not sweat it at all. He did not try to sing as Barry White or someone else. It must have taken him a lot of time and courage to come this far –being himself. Creating that uniqueness. He sang as MARVIN GAYE. No yelling, and all that.
Uniqueness of your business   will always make your stand out anytime, no matter that.
